Terms of payment
After booking and receiving a confirmation email, the payment (of at least 50% of the total amount) must be visible in our account (BE37 1030 7779 9728) after a maximum of 7 days.
The remainder of the rental sum + deposit (€100) must be received no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
For bookings made 4 weeks before arrival, the total payment (booking price + €100 deposit) must be visible on the account (BE37 1030 7779 9728) within 7 working days after booking.
General rules
- Check-in is possible from 3:30 PM, check-out until 11:30 AM
- No pets allowed
- Own electrical appliances, smoking indoors, fireworks and candles are not permitted
- Organizing parties in the home is not tolerated
- Complaints regarding inventory and (existing) damage or defects must be reported immediately on 0032 (0)472 24 55 86, so that we can (if possible) resolve the complaint
- Hot tub operating instructions must be respected
Conditions guarantee
- Home, garden, hot tub, fire stove, hot tub must be left clean: swept, everything in its place
- All used equipment cleaned
- Used bed linen collected in hallway bedrooms
- If the above conditions are not met, cleaning costs may be charged from the deposit (max. €35).
- The deposit will be refunded after departure (after possible deduction of any damage and/or additional cleaning costs) within 2 weeks of the rental period
